Key Account Manager (International Distribution)

Solis BioDyne OÜ is an Estonian biotechnology company with 30 years of experience on the international market. The molecular biology reagents created by us through research-intensive product development are used by more than 500 different companies, universities, and research institutions all over the world. We are growing and need fresh ideas and strong support for our sales team in technical discussions with the customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow Solis Bio Dyne’s international distribution channels and distributor accounts.
  • Manage contractual negotiations and conduct regular performance reviews with distributors.
  • Handling and processing of orders.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to align international distribution efforts with product strategy and distributors’ needs.
  • Provide structured market insights and distributor feedback to internal teams to support product enhancements and portfolio positioning.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for distributors.
  • Support demand generation activities, product demonstrations, and distributor training.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Business Management is preferable.
  • Experience in account management, international sales, or distribution, ideally within scientific, technical, or biotech fields.
  • Negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good relationship-building ability with a customer-centric approach.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious, with a drive to grow international distributor business and take ownership of results.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
  • Full-time position based in Tartu, with at least 3 days per week in the office.
