Technical Support Specialist

Requirements

  • Bachelor´s degree in biology, gene- or biotechnology, chemistry or related area.
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English.
  • Creative and analytical thinking.
  • Presentation and communication skills, written and oral, for a variety of audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and nonconformities.
  • Document and maintain a database of customer interactions and client feedback for future references. Identify patterns to continuously improve support process and keep up with trends in the biotechnology sector.
  • Provide support to the sales team in matters related to product portfolio and product performance.
  • Manage part of the product portfolio, including product launches, daily management of product-related issues, competitor analysis, etc.
  • Prepare instructions, user manuals, reports, and documents related to customer purchases.

Location & schedule

  • On-site in our Tartu office. Partially remote work is a possibility after the initial onboarding period.
  • Full-time position, starting June 1st 2026.
