Have you ever sat around a table with your friends or family and just come up with the wildest ideas while having a good meal? One of Kadri’s brightest memories is exactly that — sitting around a table during lunch with her husband, sister, and brother-in-law Olev, and having the conversation that led to the start of Solis BioDyne.
Every company has to start from somewhere. There can either be an “aha” moment - a sudden spark of inspiration that sets everything in motion. Other times it can happen gradually with ideas coming and going until something bigger grows out of all this brainstorming. For Solis BioDyne, it was the latter. As we celebrate 30 years since our founding, we think it’s the perfect time to share our origin story with you.
If you ever need someone to help you with your computer, fix your house, join you in a sports competition, or just be a friend, Marek is your guy. Being one of the friendliest, most helpful people out there certainly makes him a really cool person everyone should know more about.
In Estonia, we pretty much spend half a year in the dark and cold. It’s therefore very nice to have a person around who lights up the whole room and brings the warmth of summer with her everywhere she goes. Our own sunshine Narges was chosen by co-workers as the greatest Makes My Day Person in the company, so here is a little story about her to make your day.
There are some people who have 24 hours in a day and then there are some who seem to have a lot more time. A perfect example of this is Kadri, who has been managing to do so many different things, that it seems impossible she has the same amount of time as the rest of us.
Reet Link is a woman who colleagues call a superwoman. She is super fast, sharp and has an answer to a question you haven't even asked. In addition, she is always cheerful and smiling. Now the time has finally come to get to know her better.
Jana compares her career at Solis BioDyne to rally, saying there are turns and tracks with different covers, some easier to get through than others. The important thing is to keep your eye on the prize, keep your gears in good order and get along with your co-driver – that is the secret to good teamwork and success.
Solis BioDyne is very lucky to have Kaire on its team. Kaire, whose childhood dream was to become a teacher, now works as a product development and technology specialist and helps onboard new employees as a mentor.
