Regional Sales Manager

Summary

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading regional sales activities in the designated region. You will be driving revenue growth of Solis BioDyne product portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute sales strategies and tactical plans aligned with corporate, regional, and territory objectives.
  • Achieve sales goals for the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and R&D to identify customer needs and align solutions.
  • Drive visibility and accountability through effective sales pipeline and forecast management, leveraging modern sales tools.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships within the assigned territory.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to R&D, Product Management, and Marketing regarding customer needs, competitive landscape, and marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Natural Sciences is required.
  • Prior sales experience is required, preferably in a scientific, technical, or related industry, including hands-on involvement in cold calling, prospecting, deal-closing, and pipeline management.
  • Demonstrated ability to creatively overcome sales challenges and drive opportunities to closure.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
  • Self-starting team player motivated by both individual and team success.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams, including services partners, support, and marketing.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail and schedule management.
  • Must be able and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
