No, the use of SolisFAST® Master Mix with UNG and dUTP does not affect Sanger sequencing results. Sanger sequencing chromatograms of PCR products generated with SolisFAST® Master Mix with and without UNG are comparable, even after incubation of PCR products at room temperature for up to 24 hours.
